How long does it take to make custom fishing shirts?

Our custom fishing shirt process includes design confirmation, sample development, and bulk production.

The process starts with your product concept, reference images, preferred fabric, sizes, order quantity, and customization details. Our design team then prepares a 3D rendering so you can review the shirt's appearance, colors, and print placement before sampling. Once the design is approved, we produce a pre-production sample for you to check the fit, fabric, printing, and construction. After your approval, we move on to bulk manufacturing, followed by quality inspection, packing, and shipment.

Physical sampling typically takes around 7–10 days, while bulk production usually requires 15–25 business days after sample approval. Custom fabric availability, printing complexity, order quantity, and current production schedules may affect the timeline, which is confirmed during the quotation and planning stage for each order.
