Can I get samples from your factory?

Yes. After the product details are confirmed, we can prepare a sample for your review. If you would like a physical sample sent to your address by express delivery, a sample fee applies. If you proceed directly with a bulk order, we can make a sample free of charge and provide photographs for your approval before mass production. You can review the sample photographs and request modifications if changes are needed. These are different sample arrangements, so please explain whether you need a physical sample delivered or a sample prepared for photographic confirmation before bulk production. Our team can then clarify the applicable arrangement and charges before you proceed. Free sample preparation for a bulk order should not be understood as a promise that every sample request is free.
